My favorite series: House of Cards

House of Cards is a political drama series of television. The story is about a world of greed, sex and corruption in Washington, D.C. It' s so exciting!

I watched this serie for first time in the summer of 2013, because I was sick and have a lot of free time in my home.

The series have a lot of characters, but the main ones are Frank and Carrie Underwood. A special couple!

After winning the presidential election, the elected President of the United States Garret Walker tells Frank that the agreement of naming Secretary of State will not be fulfilled. Frank, feeling betrayed and begins a strategy developed with his wife against Walker. 

It will not stop to be the most powerful man in the world. Frank must use any help to stay in the power and not fail prematurely. So amazing!

Until now, three seasons have been released, but next year will be the fourth available. I'm looking forward to that day!

Expectations for a new semester

Currently, I'm on my second year of college studying Journalism. I'm so excited for the experiences that I'm going to have this semester. 

I'm learning a lot of subjects like Photography or English, but my favourite is Multi-platform Journalism. I wish to learn as much as I can in this course, so then I will be able to apply this knowledge to my sport's website.

However, I would prefer spending time with my friends and family.

My hobbies are basketball, baseball, gymnastics, tennis and volleyball. And also I have a football team with my classmates, it's called Club Atletico Cenicero.

I have learnt a lot these past semesters , but I hope to improve more of my creativity and patience working hard. I'm looking forward for more challenges right now.

My Autobiography

My name is Cristobal Ugarte and I am 22 years old. I was born in Los Angeles, but I live in Santiago, the capital of Chile. 

My nuclear family is big but I have a lot of relatives. I live in Santiago but my family lives in Los Angeles, in the south of the country, so I visit them once a month.  

I have a beautiful family. I have one brother and one sister. My father’s name is Jaime and my mother’s name is Ginette. My sister’s name is Mariajosé and my brother’s name is Max.

When I was five years old I went to German School, and now I'm studying in Chile University.  I want to be a great journalist like my grandfather.

I like play football with my university’s friend, our team is called Club Atletico Cenicero. Also, I play tennis with my best friend Francisco. I like to watch television. My favorite show is El Informante.
